簡單來說：沒有帳號、沒有廣告、沒有分析工具，本站自己不設定 Cookie。只有在你按下「我附近」時才會使用位置，而且只在你的裝置上計算，不會傳給我們或任何人。收藏的活動只存在你的瀏覽器裡。本站不會要求你提供個人資料；只有你寫信給我們時，我們才會收到你的電子郵件地址與訊息內容。
誰在營運
台灣活動地圖（Taiwan Events Map）由 Bao Butler（baobutler.com）製作，由個人經營，網站擁有者本人負責。若專案成長，日後可能改由公司經營，屆時我們會更新本頁。任何隱私問題、查詢、更正或刪除請求，請寄到：hello@baobutler.com。來信會由網站擁有者本人閱讀，並可能從其個人電子郵件地址回覆。
你的瀏覽器會儲存什麼
你的設定（語言、主題、動畫、生物、鄰近陸地開關）和你收藏的活動（活動名稱、時間、地點與連結的副本）只存在你自己裝置的瀏覽器儲存空間（localStorage），不會傳給我們，也不會跨裝置同步。清除瀏覽器的網站資料即可刪除。你的位置不會被儲存。
你的位置（「我附近」）
只有在你按下「我附近」並在瀏覽器同意後，本站才會向你的瀏覽器取得位置。位置只用來在你的裝置上計算附近的活動與標示你在地圖上的位置，不會被儲存、放進網址或傳送給我們。不過，地圖會依你查看的範圍向 OpenFreeMap 要求圖磚，所以移到你所在的位置後，OpenFreeMap 會看到那一帶的範圍（見下方）。再按一次「我附近」即可關閉；你也可以隨時在瀏覽器設定中撤回權限。
使用地圖時會傳送什麼
和所有網站一樣，載入地圖時你的瀏覽器會向下列伺服器發出請求，這些伺服器會收到你的 IP 位址、瀏覽器類型，以及你正在查看的地圖範圍：
- 本站的主機（Cloudflare），提供網頁檔案；Cloudflare 會保留一般的伺服器與安全紀錄。
- OpenFreeMap（tiles.openfreemap.org），提供地圖圖磚、字型與圖示。
MapLibre 地圖程式庫由本站主機提供，不會連線到 unpkg.com。本站不會傳送 HTTP Referer 標頭。
Cloudflare 的紀錄中含有 IP 位址，由 Cloudflare 代我們處理。我們不會把這些紀錄與任何個人連結。若日後啟用 Cloudflare 的機器人防護，Cloudflare 可能設定安全性 Cookie，我們會在此說明。這些服務各自有隱私政策。
你點選的連結與分享
「加入行事曆」的 .ics 檔案在你的裝置上產生，不會經過我們。只有當你點選「Google 日曆」、「導航」或活動的外部連結時，才會前往 Google、Apple 或活動網站，並把該活動的名稱、時間或地點交給對方，適用對方的隱私政策。網址列會隨著你的篩選、地圖位置與開啟的活動更新，方便你複製分享；這些網址不含任何個人資料。
搜尋
你輸入的搜尋文字只在你的瀏覽器內與本站的清單比對，不會傳送出去。
活動資料
地圖上的活動是來自臺灣政府開放資料的公開活動資訊，不是關於訪客的個人資料。點選票務或活動連結後，會前往該網站，適用該網站自己的隱私政策。
兒童
本站不以兒童為對象，也不會要求訪客提供個人資料。
你的權利
依個人資料保護法，你可以請求查詢、更正或刪除與你有關的個人資料。我們持有的只有你來信時留下的資料，僅用來回覆你，回覆完畢後刪除。
變更
如果日後加入分析、帳號或其他會改變蒐集或傳送資料的功能，我們會在上線前更新本頁。
Privacy policy

In short: no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and the site sets no cookies of its own. Your location is used only if you tap Near me, only on your device, and is never sent to us or anyone else. Saved events stay in your browser. The site never asks you for personal data; we only receive your email address and message if you write to us.
Who runs this
Taiwan Events Map is made by Bao Butler (baobutler.com) and is run by an individual, the site's owner. If the project grows it may move to a company, and we will update this page then. For any privacy question, or to ask to see, correct or delete data about you, write to: hello@baobutler.com. Messages are read by the owner personally, who may reply from a personal email address.
What your browser stores
Your settings (language, theme, and the animation, creatures and neighboring-land switches) and your saved events (a copy of each event's title, time, place and link) are kept in your own browser's storage (localStorage). They are never sent to us and don't sync between devices. Clear the site's data in your browser to remove them. Your location is never stored.
Your location (Near me)
The site asks your browser for your location only when you tap Near me and your browser allows it. The position is used on your device to find nearby events and to show where you are on the map. It isn't stored, put in the link, or sent to us. The map does request tiles from OpenFreeMap for the area you view, so once the map moves to where you are, OpenFreeMap sees that area (see below). Tap Near me again to switch it off, and you can withdraw the permission in your browser settings at any time.
What is sent when you use the map
As on any website, loading the map makes your browser contact the servers below. They receive your IP address, browser type and the map area you are viewing:
- Our host (Cloudflare), which serves the app's files and keeps standard server and security logs.
- OpenFreeMap (tiles.openfreemap.org), which serves map tiles, fonts and icons.
The MapLibre library is served by our own host, without contacting unpkg.com. The site does not send an HTTP Referer header.
Cloudflare's logs include IP addresses, which Cloudflare processes on our behalf. We don't link these logs to any person. If we later turn on Cloudflare's bot protection, Cloudflare may set a security cookie, and we will say so here. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
Links you tap, and sharing
The Add to calendar file (.ics) is made on your device and doesn't pass through us. Only when you tap Google Calendar, Directions or an event's own link do you go to Google, Apple or the event's website, handing over that event's name, time or place; their privacy policies apply. The address bar updates with your filters, map position and open event so you can copy it to share. These addresses contain no personal data.
Search
What you type in the search box is matched against our list inside your browser and is not sent anywhere.
Event information
The events on the map are public event listings from Taiwan government open data, not personal data about visitors. Ticket and event links go to other websites, which have their own privacy policies.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and never asks visitors for personal data.
Your rights
Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act you may ask to see, correct or delete personal data held about you. The only data we hold is what you send when you write to us; we use it only to reply, then delete it.
Changes
If we add analytics, accounts or anything else that changes what we collect or send, we will update this page before it goes live.
